About
About Work Risk Lab
Work Risk Lab is an independent educational index that helps people understand how artificial intelligence may affect their job, wages, and next career move — using structured task-based estimates, not employer surveys.
What we publish
- 1,091 global job profiles plus 4,380 regional matrix guides
- AI replacement, augmentation, wage protection, and confidence scores
- Task-level exposure, defense skills, and career FAQ content
- Machine-readable JSON at /api/jobs/ for programmatic use
How scores are built
Estimates combine occupational task patterns (similar in spirit to O*NET / ESCO task frameworks), published labour-market outlooks, and observed adoption of AI, automation, and productivity tools — not headlines alone.
Read the full methodology including limitations and how to interpret each score.
Editorial approach
Work Risk Lab is a faceless research-style brand: no individual guru, no personalised career coaching, and no guarantee of outcomes. Pages are written for general education. High-intent roles include expanded labour-market signals, practical advice, and citation-friendly FAQ content — not filler.
We are not affiliated with employers, governments, or AI vendors. Scores are estimates and may be wrong for your specific employer, region, or specialty. We do not conduct primary employer surveys or official labour audits.
